5. Introduced Shopify Flows
We introduced Shopify’s Flow’s app to automatically send an email to customers who abandoned their carts, checkouts or abandoned browsing the store. This made sure that people were notified with an automated email within 1 hour of the event happening, so the chance of customers returning to the website and completing their purchases was the highest. This resulted in us generating more sales and most importantly; not leaving money on the table, because no one wants that right?
